Parsley, Sage, Rosemary and Thyme will be for sale at the Herb Society of Hilton Head's Spring Sale from 10 to 1 a.m. Saturday April 8 at the Pavilion at Shelter Cove. Shelter Cove is a new venue for the sale so come and enjoy a beautiful view of the marsh. Shelter Cove has donated the Pavilion. Popular items include the potted herbs of all kinds from The Green Thumb, our products - French Market soup, Mock Boursin, Sangria and Horseradish jellies, vinegars, Herb salad mix, Rosemary pecans and some new items such as a Gumbo mix.
