Join us for the 31st Anniversary of HarbourFest, an all summer long celebration that takes over Shelter Cove Harbour & Marina with fireworks, spinning hats, carnival games, face painting, music and more with the very popular entertainment of Shannon Tanner and Cappy the Clown. The festival kicks off on Memorial Day weekend and spans the whole summer through Labor Day.
