IRELAND’S MOST EXCITING YOUNG TENOR
As the most sought-after Irish Tenor of his generation, Emmet has performed in over 80 cities across the US and Canada, recently making a sell-out solo concert debut at New York’s Carnegie Hall to rave reviews. In 2017, he signed a major recording deal with Sony Music and his debut Irish Album Emmet Cahill’s Ireland went straight to #1 on the World Music Billboard charts.
Emmet was chosen to open the New York City St. Patrick’s Day Parade two years ago and was named ‘Irish Tenor of the Year’ by the Irish American Music Association, and was also asked to perform for the March 17th Mass at New York’s St. Patrick’s Cathedral.
Emmet’s concerts comprise a varied program of Irish classics, including ‘Danny Boy,’ and ‘Irish Eyes are Smiling’, as well as gospel favorites like ‘How Great Thou Art,’ in addition to Broadway hits such as ‘Bring Him Home’ and ‘Music of the Night.’
