The Art League of Hilton Head gallery, located at 14 Shelter Cove Lane, within the Arts Center of Coastal Carolina’s Walter Greer Gallery is proud to be the only non-profit visual arts organization on Hilton Head Island. Representing over 150 local and low country area based artists, the Art League offers a new exhibition monthly along with an opening reception event sponsored by Harris Teeter! We invite all residents and visitors of Hilton Head to come and enjoy an amazing collection of local art and take home a piece of Hilton Head. The Art League of Hilton Head promotes and supports visual arts through exhibitions, education and partnerships for the cultural enhancement of the community and its visitors. We provide valuable experiences for artists, art students, art collectors and enthusiasts, serving a diverse group of 2 million annual Hilton Head Island visitors and nearly 40,000 full-time residents. Operating from two separate, but distinct locations, Art League offers year round visual arts exhibitions, classes and programs in addition to partnering with local private and nonprofit businesses and institutions to expand our reach and ensure visual arts are part of the fabric of the Hilton Head Island community. Art League of Hilton Head is a 501 (c) 3 charitable arts organization that has been enhancing the culture of Hilton Head Island since 1971.
